Helping me with this brendaswenson dot com blog debut is this photo I captured of a lizard during a family vacation to Atlantis in Paradise Island, Bahamas.  Coming from Omaha, Nebraska where squirrels and stray cat sitings are the norm, this little guy surely caught my eye as the family and I made our way to the water park.
